Good setting, terrific staff.
Modern hotel, excellent breakfast and free Wi-Fi. Beautiful room and tidy, with central heating, TV set, and coffee/tea makers. Clean bathroom with a bath. Location so close to the rushing falls as well as local restaurants.

Newly remodelled large room with a very comfortable bed. Bonus point for a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, tea and coffee making equipment. Beautiful and lovely location for Hatfield, near the gorgeous waterfall and local restaurants and family entertainment and the rushing falls.

The property's location was marvellous, in a cafe within the building where they offer a good range of home cooked food. The staff were amazing, wonderful. The room with a very comfortable bed.

Liked that the hotel was deluxe. The breakfasts are great with a good choice of options. Deluxe king room is large and has climate control, a coffee maker, and an ironing set. Totally recommend this place and would happily go back again.

Location: the hotel was near to the concert venue, Hatfield, and a waterfall. Comforts of well decorated room with a very comfortable bed were fabulous. The service was absolutely excellent.

Clean, small hotel with really friendly and superbly friendly staff. Location - beautiful, near local restaurants and family entertainment, the falls and a huge waterfall. Coffee bar in the property. A very nice stay for two nights in the fall.

The in-room Keurig coffee machine was a great addition, allowing me to enjoy a cup of coffee in the comfort of my room. The bed and linens were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The peaceful and quiet surroundings, with the soothing sound of the river, added to the overall relaxation of my stay. Additionally, the staff was friendly and accommodating, even serving breakfast earlier than usual to meet my schedule.
The self check-in process was a bit uncomfortable, especially when arriving alone. It would have been helpful to have someone present to assist with luggage and provide a welcoming experience.
